Aspen Links Clubhouse and Rec Room offers an extensive menu featuring everything from breakfast favourites and comfort food to elevated fine dining. Executive Chef Kris Storry leads our kitchen, bringing more than 30 years of hotel and catering experience to the table. With a traditional cooking style, creative twists and a focus on quality, natural ingredients, Chef Kris and his team create dishes to suit a variety of tastes and occasions. Whether you're joining us for a casual meal, special occasion or outing with friends, there's something delicious waiting for you.
Sunday Brunch
Aspen Links Clubhouse hosts a large Sunday brunch every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Our brunch features more than 30 items, a build-your-own omelette station and amazing desserts, including gluten-friendly options.
Regular menu items are not available until after brunch service ends and the kitchen is cleaned up, at approximately 3:00 PM.
Reservations are available at 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM.
For special event brunches, seating times are specifically scheduled. Please contact us for more information.
